The abstracts (1 page max., figures and references included) has to be sent in the .doc format. 

 

You can follow the link https://fdp2011.sciencesconf.org/ to submit your abstracts, topic "Paper submission".

 

To register, you need

 -         A login ;

-          A password ;

-         A valid mail adress is required and you have to precise your laboratory name (Femto-ST or ICB) ;

 

The registration form and the abstract are linked here. They have to be posted on this site before October the 19th.


If there are too many submissions, the scientific comitee will choose the communications and will determine the way of the presentations (talk or poster).

You can send us your talk by email at this adress : michael.claudon@u-bourgogne.fr.

 

Therefore we will be able to check its compatibility with the PC conference, and it will be already loaded on it before your arrival in Dijon.

 

The time to respect is : 15 minutes talk plus 5 minutes questions.

 

The talks has to be in the PowerPoint or pdf format, and will have to be loaded on the PC conference not later than the beginning of your session.

The PC conference is Microsoft® Office 2007 and Adobe Reader 9 compatible.
